LEADERSHIP
THOUGHTS SERIES 5
A WISE LEADER HAS A TEACHABLE SPIRIT
“A wise [man] will hear, and will
increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels”
– Proverbs
1:5 (KJV).
Fruitfulness and
multiplication are central to real leadership.
Indiscipline
and disorder are symptoms of lack of real leadership.
Righteousness
and integrity are the sure foundations for real leadership.
Real
leaders abhor wickedness of all forms, especially corruption and injustice.
Real
leaders avoid both the counsel and company of the ungodly, sinners and the
scornful.
Real
leadership survives on a healthy relationship among a great team with a common
mission.
Real
leaders invest quality time, knowledge and material resources into the
foundation of whatever they seek to build to ensure lasting impact.
