LEADERSHIP
THOUGHTS SERIES 1
A WISE LEADER HAS A TEACHABLE SPIRIT
“A wise [man] will hear, and will
increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels”
– Proverbs
1:5 (KJV).
The
primary duty of a real leader is to serve humanity, including that leader’s
followers.
The
greatest motivation a real leader gives to his followers is being exemplary.
The
greatest asset and weapon of a real leader is that leader’s integrity.
A
real leader regards problems as raw materials for creativity.
Problems
are the best friends of real leaders because they are refined by them.
A
leader’s level of creativity and ingenuity distinguishes that leader from other
leaders.
