A WISE LEADER HAS A TEACHABLE SPIRIT

increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels”

Real
leaders invest both time and money into knowledge, wisdom and understanding.
Real
leaders think deeply and holistically to enable them make prudent decisions.
Real
leaders are not afraid to declare their identity and mission in the presence of
even their opponents.
Real
leaders neither seek to please their opponents nor revenge them; they rather focus
their time and energy into their mission.
Real
leaders fuel their creativity and ingenuity by spending quality time to reflect
on and think through their mission on daily or weekly basis.
Real
leaders have the ability to galvanize, connect and harmonize the potentials of
people within their circle of influence to achieve a common goal.
Real
leaders know God; He is the reason for whatever they do in fulfilment of their
mission.
