LEADERSHIP
THOUGHTS SERIES 2
A WISE LEADER HAS A TEACHABLE SPIRIT
“A wise [man] will hear, and will
increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels”
– Proverbs
1:5 (KJV).
Success
without significance has a little impact and may be useless.
A
real leader’s primary and secondary strength are, respectively, in that leader’s
spirit and wisdom.
A
real leader’s primary resources for meeting the demands of any task or project
are knowledge, understanding and wisdom.
Real
wisdom does not necessarily reside in multitudes of experience and greatness.
Wisdom
devoid of knowledge and understanding is a recipe for arbitrariness and
wickedness.
Self-discipline
is one of a real leader’s sacred secrets.
Procrastination
and excuses are a real leader’s arch enemies.
